Legal and Ethical Grid

Constraints

strengths , skills and assists

Weakness, concerns and liabilities

Action points - skills, logistics, changes to Idea.

Legal and ethical considerations eg; privacy, libel law, data protection, freedom of information

We are able to develop or get assistance in the skill of creating fictional characters that are not based on actual people. With this talent, we can create a more engaging plot.

The fact that the filming is taking place outside raises some possible concerns, one of which is getting consent from bystanders who might unintentionally end up in the shot.

It's important to make sure that no members of the public are in our photographs when shooting in the forest, and to obtain permission if any are accidentally taken.

Codes of practice

Since the forest is a public area open to anyone, we can utilise it without needing permission, which is beneficial.

Avoiding any potential threat to people in public areas is a vulnerability that needs to be addressed, with everyone's overall safety being the top priority.

Make sure no members of the public are present when the project is being filmed, including bikers in the forest and pedestrians.

Copyright- requirements, owners clearance cost

Every piece of music used in this project is free of copyright, and a link to the copyright-free source of each song has been included.

Finding music for our project that isn't protected by copyright may be a problem.

spending time investigating websites that provide music that isn't protected by a copyright or looking into choices for music that can be used in a production.
